- Free pickup is available on all eligible orders.
- Pickup will be scheduled within 1–2 business days of your request.
- Our courier partner will contact you before pickup.
- Keep the product, original packaging and accessories ready.
Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account or UPI within 3–5 business days.
- You'll receive an email/SMS once the refund is initiated.
