Welcome to FYNDIST ("we," "our," or "us"), owned and operated from Store No 367, 2nd Floor, Street No 08, Arang, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - 493441, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (fyndist.com), mobile applications, catalog listings, and order fulfillment services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on FYNDIST, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.

To use our services or execute transactions, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may only browse and transact under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

When you create an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date contact information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, password, and OTP verifications. Any action taken under your account is your legal responsibility. FYNDIST reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that present inaccurate, fraudulent, or suspicious details.

All orders submitted through the storefront constitute an offer to purchase subject to our confirmation and product availability. We reserve the right to decline, throttle, or cancel orders containing technical pricing inaccuracies, suspicious bulk quantities, or unverified Cash on Delivery (COD) locations.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Payments are securely processed via RBI-licensed PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and eligible COD pin codes. We do not store confidential banking passwords, CVV numbers, or transaction PINs.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access FYNDIST strictly for personal, non-commercial shopping utility. You agree to use the website exclusively for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and consumer protection guidelines.

You agree not to bypass network security firewalls, run unauthorized web scrapers, crawler bots, or scripts that disrupt website performance or compromise platform stability.

Users must not engage in harmful or fraudulent activities on the platform, including:

• Fake COD Orders: Placing deliberate bogus orders with zero intent of acceptance.
• Security Breaches: Attempting unauthorized penetration testing, code injection, or DDoS traffic attacks.
• Defamatory Conduct: Posting obscene, profane, abusive, or malicious communication.
• Refund Fraud: Misrepresenting identity or spoofing courier interactions to claim false refunds.
• Staff Harassment: Abusing customer support representatives or delivery executives.

All intellectual property on FYNDIST—including website branding, logos, graphics, icons, visual identity, product photography, editorial text, layout styles, and software code—is the proprietary property of FYNDIST or licensed suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Reproduction, modification, distribution, mirroring, or commercial exploitation of any site content without express prior written consent from FYNDIST is strictly prohibited.

We make every effort to display accurate product details, dimensions, and color fidelity. However, actual colors and finishes may exhibit minor variations due to mobile screen calibrations and studio lighting conditions.

We do not guarantee that all catalog descriptions are entirely free of clerical errors. In the event an item is ordered at an erroneous price or incorrect specification, we will notify you before dispatch to either validate the updated details or issue a full refund.

We uphold a 7-Day Easy Return & Replacement Policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery through your account portal or via email to support@fyndist.com.

Items returned must include original manufacturer packaging, barcode tags, and enclosed accessories. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI/Card/Bank) within 3 to 5 business days post warehouse quality inspection. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are executed directly to your verified UPI ID or Bank NEFT.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, FYNDIST and its directors, employees, or logistics partners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, courier transit delays, or third-party service interruptions.

In all circumstances, FYNDIST’s maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the exact monetary amount paid by you for the specific disputed order.

These Terms, including any transactional agreements or disputes, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the substantive Laws of the Republic of India.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, for the adjudication of all claims or legal disputes arising from these Terms.

We reserve the unilateral right to update, modify, or revise portions of these Terms of Service at any time to reflect legislative requirements, operational changes, or platform enhancements.

Any revisions become binding immediately upon publication on this URL. Your continued use of the platform following updates represents your explicit acceptance of the amended terms.
